We are looking for a project leader with archival expertise who wants to lead the ongoing work of decommissioning and archiving related to a regional deviation management system within publicly funded healthcare. The role involves driving the project to completion, ensuring a structured decommissioning plan, and investigating sustainable solutions for archiving information that cannot be discarded. You will be an important link between operational and technical teams, responsible for quality assurance and risk management in a complex information management context.

• Lead and coordinate the decommissioning of a regional deviation management system.
• Plan and drive decommissioning work with a focus on compliance, quality, and traceability.
• Develop and maintain necessary documentation related to archiving and disposal.
• Conduct disposal investigations and disposal requests.
• Lead the execution of disposal including testing, verification, and follow-up.
• Investigate alternatives for interim storage/archiving of information that is not yet eligible for disposal.
• Ensure effective collaboration between technical teams and operations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (e.g., YH) as an archivist.
• At least 5 years of experience in archiving information in IT systems, such as disposal investigations, disposal requests, and project management related to disposal or archiving.
• At least 5 years of experience in archiving within public administration.
• Degree or certification as a project manager.
• Experience from at least one previous assignment of similar scope and complexity.
• At least 5 years of experience in archiving non-disposable information.
• Experience in disposal and archiving prior to the decommissioning of IT systems within publicly funded healthcare.
• Familiarity with collaborating with both technical and operational teams.
• Structured working method with a focus on quality assurance and risk management.
• Strong ability to work independently and drive work towards set goals.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Able to manage multiple parallel tasks or projects.

• Experience in process-based accounting.
• Experience from larger regions with high scope and complexity.
• Experience in information management in Flexite BPMS.
